Background
I work with students at universities and colleges, focusing on helping them achieve their academic/career goals and maintain their mental health. I also work with adults of all ages to help them achieve their personal, career, and business goals.
Experience
I specialise in working with clients with anxiety, dyslexia, ADHD, and dyspraxia. I support people from all backgrounds, ages and walks of life. Therefore, individuals who are not students are also welcome to get in touch.
I am a Specialist Mentor and an Executive life and career coach. I have a decade of experience working within the mental health sector, including as a senior clinician within the NHS's community mental health and crisis treatment teams. I also have experience working with charities that support clients who are refugees fleeing torture from different parts of the world.
I have extensive experience working with survivors of PTSD and domestic violence. Much of the work has included providing trauma-focused interventions and therapeutic interventions to help people overcome their difficulties and look forward to achieving personal goals in their lives. I am an experienced supervisor who has provided executive coaching to psychiatrists, social workers, doctors, and other professionals such as managers and business owners seeking to improve personal development or the structure of their service and team. I am keen on supporting people to enhance their career goals, whether aiming to get promoted within an organisation or wanting help to start a business.
